There, he developed a strong foundation in automotive craftsmanship and attention to detail values that continue to define his approach today. His career advanced quickly, taking him to a prestigious Hendrick dealership where he rose to the position of Detail Manager, honing his skills in vehicle aesthetics, quality control, and team leadership. Driven by a deeper interest in the business side of the industry, Sean transitioned into automotive sales, mastering the art of customer experience and product knowledge. His talent and dedication soon led him into finance, where he learned to navigate the complexities of vehicle purchasing, lending, and deal structuring with integrity and transparency. In 2025, at age 33, Sean launched NextGear Autos a dealership built on trust, precision, and a deep understanding of what clients truly value: exceptional vehicles and even better service.
